Product Strategist RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Product Strategist to help drive our product roadmap forward. Your attention to detail and ability to distill complex information into actionable insights will be invaluable in this role.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business needs and define product requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new product features.Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions) with cross-functional teams.Identify and track key product metrics; use data-driven insights to refine product functionality.Partner with QA teams to validate features and ensure requirements are met in final deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.4–5 years of experience as a Product Strategist in an IT or SaaS product company.Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching new SaaS products or modules.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Expertise in creating functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, and SQL (for data validation) is a plus.
