We’re Hiring: New Product Development Manager(We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product, sourcing & brand, can spot a great idea, turn it into a real product & make sure it fits the market, the brand and the unit economics.)Location: DehradunType: Full-TimeWhat You’ll Do• Lead NPD from idea to launch across toys/play and home-lifestyle• Research trends, competitors, materials, and pricing• Source vendors in India/China, manage sampling, negotiate costs• Evaluate materials across wood, plastics, coatings, adhesives and FMCG-adjacent categories• Build PRDs, run testing, and ensure basic quality checks• Coordinate with design, marketing, and ops for packaging, shoots, and launches• Own timelines, QC, documentation, and SKU lifecycle• Drive product-market fit decisions based on D2C, Amazon, and consumer insightsWho You Are• 2–6 years in NPD, category management, sourcing, or brand/NPD hybrid roles• Hands-on experience launching physical products end-to-end• Strong research ability and comfort working with manufacturers• Understanding of D2C fundamentals: pricing, margins, packaging weight, logistics• Aesthetic sense and high attention to detail• Tools: Google Sheets, Notion, basic Figma/CanvaBonus• Experience in toys, stationery, home, lifestyle, or FMCG• Exposure to Amazon launches or A+ content• Vendor/factory networks in India or ChinaWhy Join UsWork closely with the founders and shape category-defining product lines for two modern, design-forward consumer brands
