Content Creator & Editor - Video (Beauty & Makeup)Location: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe’re looking for a talented Content Creator & Editor who lives and breathes beauty, socialmedia, and storytelling. You’ll create dynamic, trend-led videos that reflect our brand’s aesthetic- from snappy Reels and campaign edits to social-first visuals that feel native to platforms likeInstagram and YouTube.You should have an editor’s precision and a creator’s instinct - someone who understandswhat makes beauty content scroll-stopping, emotionally engaging, and brand-aligned.Key Responsibilities● Shoot, edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, visually compelling videos forsocial media, campaigns, ads, and website content.● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and executecontent ideas that feel authentic and on-trend.● Add music, motion, transitions, effects, and captions to enhance storytelling andviewer engagement.● Repurpose long-form and raw footage into short-form, platform-optimized edits (Reels,YouTube Shorts).● Maintain brand tone and aesthetic across all content (aesthetics to typography)● Stay ahead of beauty, editing, and social trends; proactively suggest new formats,transitions, and effects.● Manage video files, project timelines, and deliverables efficiently across multiplecampaigns.Requirements● 2–3 years of hands-on video editing experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestylecontent (brand, agency, or creator side).● Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, orVN.● Deep understanding of beauty content trends, product visuals, lighting, and socialmedia storytelling.● Proven experience editing short-form, high-performance content for Instagram andYouTube.● Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and aesthetic detail — you know what “feelsright” for beauty content.● Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborativecreative environment.Bonus Skills● Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.) for cleanup or creativeenhancement.● Basic motion graphics or animation skills.● Experience directing or shooting small-scale beauty or UGC-style shoots.● Familiarity with influencer and UGC content styles in the beauty industry.Please send in your work and CV at hr@bozzil.com
