With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Presales Manager, you will anchor presales for designated territories, driving strategic sales support and bid management from opportunity qualification through to deal closure. This role blends solution expertise with proposal leadership to deliver high-quality responses, compelling demonstrations, and winning value propositions. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in IT services presales—spanning product engineering, AI, cloud, and data solutions—along with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate across functions to accelerate revenue growth.Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end presales process from opportunity qualification to closureSupport the identified Markets team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, focusing on closing deals and meeting sales targetsWork closely with the GTM teams during the presales phase to gain understanding of client's business challenges, requirements, and objectivesCreate high-quality proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses. Ensure the solution is clearly articulated, including technical, operational, and financialaspectsCreate client-facing presentations to effectively communicate Ciklum's service offering, solution description, pricing & engagement models, etc.Partner with internal stakeholders including service lines, delivery, architects, subject matter experts (SMEs), and product managers to ensure the feasibility and quality of proposed solutionsWork on market analysis, specific client research, white space analysis, analyze competitive landscapes to understand market positioning and adjust proposals accordingly to maximize win ratesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors' offerings to develop differentiated solutionsRequirements: Skills and Competencies:Experience Level: 10-15 years of overall experience in the IT services Industry, with min of 7years+ of Presales experience in the areas described aboveTechnical Expertise: Must have strong IT Services knowledge - product engineering, AI & ML, Data Engineering & analytics, cloud computing, mobile,customer experience and other cutting-edge technologiesCommunication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersConsultative Selling: Ability to engage in solution-based selling and create value propositions that resonate with clientsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMBA from a recognized institute (preferred in Marketing, IT, or Strategy)Presales certifications (APMP, etc.) and relevant technology credentials (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ITIL, TOGAF, etc.) are an advantageKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Win rate for opportunities supportedRevenue influenced by the presales teamQuality and timeliness of RFP/RFI responsesInternal Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback scoresWhat`s in it for you?Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environmentGrowth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertiseTailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certificationsEndless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologiesCare: We've got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultationsAbout us:At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
