Reveal has been involved in custom-building healthcare solutions for its customers.About The Role:We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to drive financial management and support activities critical to our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate must have a strong financial management background and an exposure to software companies. This role will be based in Bangalore and will have to work on a hybrid model. Responsibilities:• Manage all core finance functions – accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management • Manage compliance with statutory obligations, tax regulations and audit coordination.• Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to scale operations effectively • Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of business decisions and investments • Lead and co-ordinate financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships • Support negotiations and integration activities during M&A transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and risk mitigation • Drive improvements in finance systems, analysis tools, and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-makingQualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting • Minimum 7 years of finance experience with significant exposure to software companies • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with attention to detail • Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP solutions • Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Powerpoint • Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-growing environmenWhat do you get in return? ·       Be part of a high-impact team shaping the future of our IP and product innovation strategy ·       Work with cutting-edge technologies in a focused but flexible lab environment ·       Help define how applied AI can solve real-world problems in complex, high-stakes domains ·       Grow with a small, mission-aligned team with executive support and long-term vision ·       Industry best compensation and benefits Next Steps ·       Send us your updated CV - if you can mention how you have enriched your previous organization in a cover letter, that would be great ·       If we find your profile suitable, we will have our Talent personnel reach out to you to understand your profile/interests and how best we can align mutually. ·       Finally, you would have a chat with our founder to understand more about us and see if this is the right next career move
