Customer Service Process Specialist

**Job Overview:**SAP S/4HANA's customer management capabilities have been enhanced by the incorporation of erstwhile SAP CRM specific processes.We are seeking a professional with expertise in managing customer service processes, including notification creation and tracking, prioritization, and resource allocation.Create and track notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems.Prioritize and classify notifications for efficient management.Create and manage service orders to plan and execute interventions.Track the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs.Monitor stock movements and replenishment levels.Plan on-site interventions, including technician and equipment management.Track interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as needed.Manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals.Process billing for services rendered, including invoice generation based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.Analyze service performance using reporting and analytics tools.Generate customized reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs.The ideal candidate will have experience working with the SAP CRM Service module, handling customer service interactions, case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers. Proficiency in S/4 HANA is mandatory.
