Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Desk Assistant, based in Delhi, India. The Hotel Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls professionally, addressing guests' needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming hotel experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, addressing guest inquiries with efficiency, and executing receptionist duties with poise and professionalism. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills Experience with administrative assistance and maintaining organized records Proficiency in performing reception duties such as scheduling, guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment Food and Beverage Service Abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with hospitality industry software and multilingual abilities are a plus
