The Hotel Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls professionally, addressing guests' needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming hotel experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, addressing guest inquiries with efficiency, and executing receptionist duties with poise and professionalism.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor with guests and colleaguesExcellent phone etiquette and professional communication skillsExperience with administrative assistance and maintaining organized recordsProficiency in performing reception duties such as scheduling, guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environmentFood and Beverage Service Abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with hospitality industry software and multilingual abilities are a plus
