At Stance Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role will be instrumental in assisting with the recruitment process, managing our HRIS system, and collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.Job Description:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs. They will also be responsible for conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate information in our HRIS system.Requirements:Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data.Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts.Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Work Environment:Our company offers a fast-paced startup culture with opportunities for rapid skill development and career growth.
