Job Title: Calibration Engineer Location: Foxconn interconnect technology – Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3–5 Years Role OverviewFoxconn interconnect technology is hiring a Calibration Engineer to join our Lab Quality team in Hyderabad. This role involves calibration, verification, and maintenance of a wide spectrum of instruments across electrical, mechanical, dimensional, thermal, chemical, and radiation domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO calibration standards, measurement uncertainty principles, and advanced Excel and presentation skills for reporting and documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform calibration and troubleshooting of instruments in the following categories:ElectricalMultimeters, Clamp Meters, Oscilloscopes, LCR Meters, Source Meters, Electrostatic Field Meters, DC Power Supplies, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)MechanicalTorque Testers, Force Gauges, Compression Testers, Vibration Systems, Cycling Testers, Pulling Force Testers, Precision & Electronic BalancesDimensionalHeight Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers, Dial Indicators, Gauge Blocks, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Optical Measuring Machines (OMM)ThermalThermometers, Temperature & Humidity Chambers, Thermal Cameras, Data Loggers, Freezers & RefrigeratorsChemicalpH Meters, Density Meters, Spectrophotometers (UV-VIS, FTIR, GC-MS), Conductivity Meters, Chemical AnalyzersRadiation / X-rayDosimeters, XRF Spectrometers, Radiation Survey MetersMaintain calibration records and certificates in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001Conduct uncertainty analysis and ensure traceability to national/international standardsSupport internal audits and external assessments for accreditation and complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely calibration and preventive maintenanceOperate and maintain automated systems such as OMM and CMMPrepare detailed calibration reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint QualificationsBE / B-tech EEE or ECE3–5 years of hands-on calibration experienceStrong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, measurement uncertainty evaluation, and ISO 9001Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for technical reportingFamiliarity with calibration software and documentation systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Interested candidates may apply directly or connect via LinkedIn.
