Job Title: Medical Device Service and Calibration

Location: Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda, Vijayawada, Nellore

Qualification: Masters/Bachelors/Diploma in Biomedical engineering, Passion for sales and customer service

Salary offered: 6-15Lakhs per annum + ESOPS

**Responsibilities**:
To be an expert in preventive maintenance of all icu/ot/radiology medical devices.

To be an expert in calibration of all medical devices.

To troubleshoot the breakdown of any medical equipment easily and intuitively.

To have the ability to reduce the downtime of the medical equipment.

To be able to up the medical equipment within no time.

To let the customer know how the maintenance of the medical device needs to be taken care of.

To make the customer aware and educated on the importance of medical device maintenance.

To be able to sell medical device maintenance services and onboard new hospitals/clinics for the same.

To understand the customer psychology and his needs and find the best solution for him.

To be perpetually curious in understanding the medical device domain.

To make sure, the customer is 100 percent satisfied and happy at all times.

To make sure the customer gets deliveries on time.

To make sure the service payments are collected.

To provide unparalleled service to the customer.

Must-haves:
Passion for customer service.

Ambition to create real impact through his/her work in a start-up.

At Least 5 yr of experience in service of PMC/AMC/CMC of medical devices.

A previous demonstration of upping medical equipment at high stakes.

Was a distributor of a medical device with service experience previously.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
