About the role: As a Merchandiser Specialist at WIRmachenDRUCK, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our global e-commerce product catalog. You’ll ensure product listings are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives to deliver a seamless shopping experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, product, and e-commerce, you’ll combine data-driven insights with creative thinking to enhance product discoverability, catalog efficiency, and overall customer engagement in our international online shop. What you’ll do We’re seeking a Merchandiser Specialist to help manage and grow our global e-commerce catalog. You’ll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving—ensuring every product is well-represented, discoverable, and optimized for performance. In this role, you will report to our team lead in India and collaborate closely with Marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to maintain a high-quality product catalog, align content with campaigns, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers. More specifically, you will: Manage and maintain product listings within our PIM system and e-commerce platform (creation, updates, and maintenance). Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricing. Merchandise and optimize product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly content. Test new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front end. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launches. Support daily e-commerce operations and identify process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagement. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the online product discovery and browsing experience. Experience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms (Magento or similar preferred). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, international environment. Enthusiasm for print-on-demand, promotional products, or the printing industry. Nice to have: Relevant degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field. Experience in multi-market or multilingual e-commerce environments. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or product performance tracking tools. Prior experience working with globally distributed or cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), CMS platforms, coding fundamentals, Figma, and UX/UI principles. Demonstrated ability to improve catalog workflows or contribute to product launches. Written and verbal communication skills in German.
