Your Role:As a Senior Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will drive category-level merchandising initiatives to enhance discoverability, engagement, and conversion across our digital channels. This role requires a blend of analytical and strategic thinking, enabling you to identify opportunities and propose improvements in collaboration with Digital Category Managers and Product Marketing.Who You Are:Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry), or a related field.5-7 years of experience in digital merchandising, category management, product marketing, or a similar role.Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.Strong project management and communication skills.Preferred Requirements:Lead category-level merchandising execution and optimization, managing multiple projects at a time to deliver on-time and to expectations.Analyze category and site performance metrics to identify opportunities.Develop and test hypotheses to improve customer on-site experience and drive incremental business; support scale-up of learnings and implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on category goals, partnering with Digital Category Managers to co-develop digital category strategies.Support initiatives to increase our organization's digital and merchandising acuity.Understanding of and experience with relevant systems, databases, and tools (PIM, ERP, Palantir Foundry, BigQuery, Google Analytics, AI-assisted merchandising tools, etc.)Experience leading category initiatives.What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
