As we scale our presence, we are seeking a visionary Sales & Marketing Head to lead growth and build our go-to-market engine.Role DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head who will be responsible for driving sales of our healthcare software portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and the ability to build sustainable client relationships. The role requires conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various teams to execute sales strategies effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with company goals.Drive end-to-end sales efforts — lead generation, client presentations, demos, negotiation, and closing.Build and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing department, including hiring, training, and performance management.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for customer acquisition.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine positioning and strategy.Develop marketing campaigns including digital marketing, product branding, and outreach initiatives.Work closely with leadership and product teams to align sales insights with product development.Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.QualificationsProven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementMinimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development (preferably in Healthcare IT / SaaS / Hospital Management Systems).Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise software selling.Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives.Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.We offerThe opportunity to lead the Sales & Marketing function from the ground up in a fast-growing HealthTech company.A high-growth environment with direct impact on the company’s success.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Interested candidates can send their resume to: anita11may@yahoo.comOr apply directly via LinkedIn.
