Thisincludes processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report(R2R), Month-End Close (MTD), Master Data Management (MDM), Fixed Assets, and Payroll.The role involves conducting walkthroughs, identifying gaps in processes and controldocumentation, and ensuring controls are appropriately designed and implemented.Project Coordination and Delivery OwnershipProven ability to manage end-to-end testing cycles, monitor progress, and ensure timelycompletion of deliverables. Candidates should proactively identify and mitigate risks or delaysduring the testing lifecycle. They must be capable of independently conducting kickoffmeetings, periodic status updates, and closure meetings with both internal and externalstakeholders. Strong articulation of task status and issue resolution is essential.Stakeholder and Client ManagementDemonstrated experience in engaging with process and control owners, internal/externalauditors, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating evidence requests,addressing audit queries professionally, drafting deficiencies, and effectively communicatingfindings with control owners, compliance coordinators, and unit heads. Flexibility to workacross global time zones is required.Analytical Thinking and Documentation ExcellenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess control effectiveness and identifyimprovement opportunities. Candidates should be capable of drafting clear, audit-readyworkpapers and maintaining high documentation standards. Proficiency in MS Excel,PowerPoint, and GRC platforms such as ServiceNow is essential. Working knowledge of SAP isrequired for auditing business processes. A skeptical mindset with the ability to challenge thestatus quo constructively is highly valuedDesired qualifications:CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification
