Our innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers unmatched quality, convenience, and personalization.We seek a highly skilled Senior Data Science Leader to build and deploy advanced machine learning models, including large language models, recommendation systems, and demand forecasting. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, demand prediction, and business growth.Machine Learning & AI Solutions: Develop and deploy large language models for customer support automation, personalized content generation, and sentiment analysis. Enhance recommendation systems using collaborative filtering, NLP-based methods, and reinforcement learning. Build scalable demand forecasting models to optimize inventory and supply chain.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior, transactional data, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities. Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering to productionize models using MLOps, APIs, and A/B testing. Work with marketing to design hyper-personalized campaigns using CLV, churn prediction, and segmentation.Innovation & Scalability: Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, causal ML, and optimization techniques. Improve model performance through feature engineering, ensemble methods, and experimentation.To succeed in this role, you'll need a BTech/MTech/MS/Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or related fields, along with 6+ years of experience in data science. Essential skills include expertise in LLMs, recommendation systems, demand forecasting, Python/R, SQL, PySpark, and ML frameworks.
