Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Machine Learning Scientist to spearhead the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques. You will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems that directly impact key business metrics such as inventory efficiency, marketing ROI, and platform integrity.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of models and delivery of sustained business outcomes.Develop advanced machine learning models using classical and modern methods, including time-series forecasting, optimization, and causal inference.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and deploy scalable machine learning systems on cloud-based platforms.Work with stakeholders to identify high-impact problems and translate business ambiguity into clearly scoped scientific programs with measurable ROI.Leverage your expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn to build and deploy robust, production-grade solutions.Requirements and Qualifications10+ years of experience in applied machine learning, operations research, or quantitative modeling.PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, statistics, economics, or mathematics.Strong understanding of time-series forecasting, optimization, and causal inference.Hands-on proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, and Spark.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
