Job Title: Senior Property ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property.Prioritize facilities needs, ensuring administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Responsibility for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift-wise M&E stock record and update.Vendor management at site level.Coordination with LL team.Coordinate with Site FM team for daily activities.Manage material BOQ if required.Manage manpower deployments.Inventory management and store management.Ensure checklists updated upkeep of facility.Daily, weekly, and monthly reports preparation.Energy consumption and data management.Weekly and monthly FM and LL MOMs management.Maintain records of admin reports.Incident reports/records and tracker management.Manage technical equipment data sheets, lining up manpower and vendor as per 52-week PPM calendar schedules.ME team briefings.Daily basis observations and closures.Record of PPM and Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Work permits issuance and records.Gate pass and material movements.Provide data and reports to client as required.Time-to-time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time-to-time training for ME teams.ME team attendance and records.Shift jobs and 6 days working.
