Job Role: Strategic Operations ExpertPosition Overview:We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to manage and optimize end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process excellence, compliance, stakeholder management, and financial accountability.Key Responsibilities:Operational Strategy & ExecutionLead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.P&L Management:Own and manage business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.Data & Performance Management:Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Build dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and audits.Internal Stakeholder Management:Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from top-tier colleges/universities (mandatory).MBA/PGDM from reputed B-schools preferred but not mandatory.Experience: 8–15 years in business operations, process management, or strategy, preferably in Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail.Skills:Strong expertise in process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence.Proven ability in P&L management and financial accountability.Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and automation platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Industry Background:Pharma: Regulatory compliance, supply chain management, documentation precision.E-commerce: Logistics, vendor management, customer operations, digital workflows.Retail: Inventory optimization, sales operations, multi-channel coordination.Key Attributes:Strategic thinker with a process-driven and financially astute mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance operational detail with big-picture strategy and financial outcomes.Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
