Job OpportunityGather and Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their business needs, challenges, and expectations.Conduct Stakeholder Workshops and Interviews: Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with end-users, domain experts, and technical teams.Document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Liaise Between Technical Teams and Business Users: Serve as a liaison between GIS developers, data analysts, and business users.Design GIS Workflows and Business Processes: Develop or optimize spatial workflows that align with business processes.Assist in GIS Solution Design: Cooperate with the GIS architect or technical team to ensure the solution design meets business objectives.Supporting GIS Data Analysis and Reporting: Help define the data model, identify data sources, validate spatial data quality, and develop reports, dashboards, or maps.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test cases based on requirements and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.Support Change Management and User Training: Create training materials, user manuals, and conduct training sessions to onboard users.Monitor Project Progress and Ensure Deliverables: Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Evaluate and Recommend GIS Tools and Technologies: Research and evaluate GIS software, tools, and platforms that align with business needs.Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, or related field.
