Business Data Integration Specialist Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and creating tailored solutions that cater to their specific business needs.Developing and maintaining data mappings to ensure accurate and timely data conversions.Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and document data gaps and develop strategies to address them.Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and working groups to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Leading the development and implementation of data integration solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborating with project managers and customers to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration projects.Providing input into the definition and maintenance of data mapping tools and processes.Ensuring that all data integration solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Requirements:6+ years of experience in data integration and analytics.Strong technical skills in ETL methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Abinitio, Dell Boomi, etc.Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.Strong SQL scripting experience and strong PL/SQL experience.Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and others.Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ensure client's data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by Project Manager.Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go live support.
