About the RoleYou will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.Provide support and guidance to business users by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Contribute towards solution design by analyzing customer requirements and matching them with D365 F&O capabilities.Create functional and customisation design documents to ensure seamless integration of new features.Assist with configuration and data migration to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions that meet customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group.Support business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities by providing timely assistance and expert advice.Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionality to deliver innovative solutions.Identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities to drive business growth.Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective changes.Keep up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.
