Role Summary:


Consulting roles are exciting and challenging - our customer base ranges across all industries and sizes. Engagements vary in length from days to months to years. To be successful in this role you must present excellent communication skills to work with client stakeholders, client teams and Enablers. - both local and remote. You should expect to engage with various clients from commercial to enterprise and have the ability to switch context and customer easily.


You will have the technical prowess to deliver successful outcomes for our customers, ideally a technologist at heart, who enjoys understanding the depths of the platform and view coding as a hobby outside of work. You will be proactive and pragmatic, with excellent analytical and problem-solving and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Main Responsibilities:


  • Participating in client workshops, requirement gathering and providing solutions.


  • Preparing and assisting with functional and technical design workshops including the design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality/customer requirements


  • Contributing and supporting process improvement automation including - Solutions pros/cons and risks management.


  • Implementation and delivery of client solutions, while adhering to ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.


  • Performing as an individual contributor on client engagements or as part of the team while supporting Implementation and taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding junior professionals


  • Hands-on technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using a number of technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)


  • Ensuring technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes


  • Assisting in the uplift of consultant capability through mentoring, feedback and support of other Enablers in new activities and product understanding · Achieving additional Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications within the various product lines


Skills Matrix:


  • Minimum of 4+ years experience across ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing role environment


  • Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management


  • ServiceNow Mastery and Client Engagement


  • Present with strong business acumen, problem-solving, analytical and customer presentation skills.


  • Solid experience across - requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs and detailed requirements


  • Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' Continual Service Improvement processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective


  • Certified implementation consultant across ITSM


  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases ideally from Kingston to the most recent version, ability to clearly articulate release updates and impacts on customers


  • Understanding of, and ability to adapt to, both waterfall and Agile project methodologies · Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience.


Qualifications & Certifications:


  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM
  • ITIL Foundation Certified

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications including - ServiceNow Suite Certified
  • Exposure to/general understanding of ServiceNow licensing
