Business Process Improvement Specialist

Key Business Process Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced functional specialist to support and enhance our mature ERP environment. This role is focused on driving business process improvements and system enhancements across key business domains.Primary Responsibilities:Finance Domain: Partner with finance leadership to design and implement process improvements in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting.Procurement Domain: Collaborate with procurement teams to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.Customer Service Domain: Work with customer service leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.Fulfillment Domain: Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of ERP Warehouse Management (WMS).Functional Support Expertise: Document business requirements and map them to ERP functionality—acting as the bridge between business teams and technical resources.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of ERP functional experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas: Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, or Fulfillment.Skillset and Qualifications: Proven track record of driving business process improvements and system enhancements. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
