Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and process improvements.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights into the efficiency and condition of OTC processes. This will involve identifying opportunities for business and process enhancements, analyzing key performance indicators, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop action plans.You will also be responsible for conducting quality and compliance reviews, identifying areas of non-compliance, and developing remediation plans to address gaps.
