Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Microsoft 365 implementation and support efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironment Design and Deployment: Design and implement Office 365 environments, including Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.Transformation Deliverables: Prepare assessment summaries, design documents (HLD, LLD), Bill of Materials (BOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other deliverables as required.Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, build, and deliver customer and partner business results through engineering or professional services teams.Customer Support: Provide regular updates, troubleshoot deployment and migration issues for customers, and offer expert-level guidance on Microsoft solutions.Coding and Automation: Develop and execute PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes.Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the market and current Unified Communications (UCC) solutions trends.Awareness of Ancillary Solutions: Familiarity with monitoring tools, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), auditing, and reporting tools for Active Directory/Exchange.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving ability from conceptualization to implementation.Technical Architecture: Maintain a broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture, plan delivery models, and resourcing structures for mentioned technologies.Security and Compliance: Manage hardware, software, policies, and procedures for digital user/system certificates providing privacy, authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation.Knowledge of ITSM Processes: Familiarity with security definitions and solutions in the market for architecting secure solutions.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.Disaster Recovery Plans: Awareness of disaster recovery plans to decide Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for architectures along with Business Continuity Planning (BCP).RequirementsMicrosoft Solutions: Experience with Microsoft solutions, including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.Powershell Scripting: Proficiency in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes.ITSM Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.Disaster Recovery Plans: Awareness of disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for architectures along with BCP.BenefitsOpportunity to Work with Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the market and current UCC solutions trends.Professional Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.Collaborative Team: Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver exceptional results.
