Zonal Head Job DescriptionAbout Us:We are a D-funded startup in the insurtech space.We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers.We fuse insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our partners.Job Overview:This role drives Channel growth through effective distribution strategies, partner development, and sales team performance.It includes managing a scalable B2B life insurance model, enhancing market reach, and owning region's P&L for strong financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead Channel development within assigned region, driving expansion and channel effectiveness.Establish strong distribution framework, execute market development activities, and enhance overall business accessibility.Design and execute distribution strategies for long-term, sustainable growth within partner distribution channel.Manage retail business by developing and scaling partnership-based distribution model for life insurance across designated territory.Provide training, guidance, coaching, and motivation to enhance sales team performance and productivity.Owning Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for assigned region, ensuring financial performance aligns with business objectives.Requirements:Minimum 16 years experience in Life Insurance domain.Regional leadership position with team management responsibilities.Well-established network of channel partners.Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
