Data Product Leadership OpportunityAs a seasoned Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and driving the delivery of our Candidate & Recruiting Data Products. This role requires a deep understanding of data needs across various stakeholders, including HR, BI&A, Finance, and Data Governance teams.Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Candidate & Recruiting Data Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performance.Translate business requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise datasets.Lead a high-performing squad to deliver high-quality data products, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Requirements10+ years of experience in Data Product Ownership or Data Management.Strong understanding of recruiting and candidate data, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Experience with HRMS/ATS systems, such as Workday, iCIMS, SAP/Oracle, or Eightfold.ai.Knowledge of modern data technologies, including cloud-based platforms like Snowflake.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive business outcomes.Agile Product Owner certification is highly desirable.What You'll BringProven track record of delivering high-impact data products that drive business growth and improvement.Ability to balance competing priorities, manage multiple stakeholders, and navigate complex technical environments.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field.
