Job OverviewThis role involves building and optimising AI solutions to support sustainability workflows.The incumbent will collaborate across teams to enable scalable AI-driven products within a remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain autonomous AI agents for research and consulting workflows.Integrate agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, sustainability databases, and client systems.Collaborate with internal teams to develop, test, and refine AI-driven products and reporting solutions.Support R&D of new AI features, including workflow orchestration and prompt engineering.Optimise system performance for clients, balancing scalability, uptime, and data security.RequirementsPrior experience in building agentic workflows using technologies such as vector databases and orchestration libraries.Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Llama Index).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of API development, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.Familiarity with sustainability data standards is a strong advantage.Fundamentals of data visualisation and dashboard integration for research deliverables.Skills We Are Looking ForOur ideal candidate has prior experience in AI/ML and software development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python or Java, is essential. Familiarity with tools like AWS or Docker is also beneficial.
