Agentic AI EngineerSeeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our innovative AI team. As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals to develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.Key Responsibilities:Assist in building, refining, and deploying intelligent AI agents for various workflows, including automation, data analysis, and customer support.Learn and implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs, such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, and design effective prompts and reasoning chains to guide agent behavior.Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings to provide agents with context and memory.Connect AI agents to external tools, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs, such as CRM, email, and calendar, to enhance their functionality and enable action-taking.Conduct testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking to ensure AI agents are accurate, reliable, and free from bias or 'hallucinations'.
