Role Description:We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in converting walk-in customers, managing inquiries, and driving sales of our car care services. This role requires a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Esperto's services. Candidates with a background in automotive sales are preferred, but we welcome those from other fields with strong sales acumen and a passion for client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment & Recommendation:
Engage with potential clients and walk-in customers, understand their specific car care goals and budget constraints, and recommend the most appropriate services based on their needs.Sales Conversion:
Use your understanding of automotive care to convert inquiries into sales, highlighting the benefits of our specialized protection and detailing services,
and tailoring customized car care packages to meet individual needs.On-Site Client Visits:
As needed, visit clients based on service inquiries, s chedule appointments, manage the sales pipeline, and nurture qualified leads by providing them with relevant information such as brochures, explainer videos, and testimonials.Client Relationship Management:
Act as a point of contact for key clients, p roactively follow up with them,
providing consistent support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process.Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor industry trends and gather feedback to improve sales pitches and develop innovative strategies for client engagement.Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Track and report on customer feedback, sales metrics, and satisfaction rates to refine service delivery and improve client experience.
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience,
preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently discuss the value proposition of our services.Ability to handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.A quick learner with the ability to grasp technical service detailsA valid driver's license is preferred.Knowledge of car care services (ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tinting) is a plus.
