Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and develop our BDR team in driving the growth of Objectways. As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team, implementing outbound strategies, and ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
Train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective outreach strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.Performance Management:
Set and monitor KPIs for the BDR team, including outreach activities, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.Coaching and Mentorship:
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to the BDR team to improve performance and skill development.Process Optimization:
Identify areas for improvement in the sales development process and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging, target accounts, and go-to-market strategies.Reporting:
Analyze and report on team performance, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership.Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities to guide the team’s focus.Customer Engagement:
Support the team in engaging prospective clients, addressing their needs, and effectively communicating the value of Objectways’ offerings.CRM Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, pipeline status, and team progress in the CRM system.Qualifications and Requirements:A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is required.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role.Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales development teams in a B2B environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance.Experience in outbound sales strategies and multi-channel prospecting.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficient in CRM tools, and other sales productivity tools.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.On-site presence is required, with a 5-day workweek in the office.
