About our Quality Assurance Lead roleThis senior professional position requires a seasoned expert with 8-15 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a lead role.The responsibilities include:Defining test strategies for features, releases, and systems across multiple teams to ensure product quality.Leading manual and automated testing efforts to guarantee high product standards.Mentoring and guiding a team of QA engineers through technical coaching.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.Driving release readiness, including regression, performance, and production validation testing.Prior experience in web and API testing is preferred. Strong automation exposure, especially for API, is also desired.This leadership role will require the ability to effectively mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, as well as communicate complex testing concepts to stakeholders.We are seeking a highly experienced QA leader who can drive quality initiatives across the organization.
