Provide leadership coaching support to paid media specialists cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years working in paid media management, digital advertising media leadership roles. Deep understanding major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok). Strong analytical capabilities, proven experience interpreting performance data shaping strategic decisions. Demonstrated success leading teams within agencies large marketing organisations. Excellent communication skills confidence interacting senior stakeholders.
