Director of Data SolutionsWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Director to spearhead our data strategy and lead a team of experts in delivering innovative solutions.This role offers the ideal opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging leadership position, overseeing the development of regional standards, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions.The successful candidate will have a strong background in semantic model design, unified enterprise data models, and experience with GenAI applications. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging senior executives internationally.We require the following skills and qualifications:Over 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.
