Product OwnerJob Description:We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading discussions on business requirements with stakeholders and users, as well as prioritizing and driving decisions on product features and capabilities.Lead business requirement discussions with stakeholders/users and prioritize accordinglyDrive product feature and capability decisionsLead quarterly PI Planning sessionsOrganize business requirements into epics, features, and user storiesWrite user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with the engineering team to explain epics, features, and user storiesContribute to functional design of features and user storiesPerform UAT and validate deliverables prior to release to productionCollaborate with the UX design team to review and approve UX designsSupport the product development team during Sprint developmentWork closely with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient delivery trackingLead/participate in Agile ceremonies without failure – like Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews & Demos etc.Ensure Sprint Plans align with quarterly PI goalsProvide inputs to user story estimations (story points)Generate key health metrics to improve overall team performanceFlag issues/risks as appropriateRequirements:At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner using Agile MethodologyStrong skills in business requirement analysis and structuring requirements as features and user storiesAbility to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders/users and engineering team membersStrong technical understanding around technologies like programming languages, databases, middleware, micro-services, cloud, etc.Understanding of front-end developmentAbility to promote innovative thinking while delivering product featuresExperience with Azure DevOps/JiraAbility to effectively work in a diverse team environment and build strong working relationshipsAbility to act as a problem-solver, not just a problem identifierCourage, confidence, strong sense of ownership, communication skills, and strong leadership skillsPreferences:Agile Product Owner certification is highly preferredExperience in Food & Beverage/CPG industry is desirableLogistics and supply chain expertiseReact framework knowledgeAbout This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Owner.
