As a Site Engineer you willbe responsible for working closely with the Architect Engineers andother team members to plan the construction project. You will alsobe responsible for overseeing the construction progress.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding the construction planof the project.
  • Determining the timeconstraints to complete the job.
  • Identifyingthe raw material and manpower required.
  • Supervising along with the contractor theconstruction site.
  • Managing daily activitieson the site.
  • Ensuring the subcontractors arefollowing the blueprints.
  • Ensuring the rawmaterials used are as per the specifications.
  • Working in collaboration with EngineersArchitects Contractors and other team members.
  • Providing recommendations on improvingefficiency and reducing costs.
  • Negotiating with theContractors and vendors for the .
  • Coming upwith technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay inthe projects.
  • Maintaining the documentation ofthe construction projects.
  • Filing documents tothe local jurisdiction as and when required.
  • Presenting the reports to the Project Leadersand Executives.
  • Adheringto all the environmental and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering Construction or a related degree.
  • Work experience in the Construction company asa Site Engineer Civil Engineer or a similar role.
  • A valid drivers license will be mandatory.
  • Proficiency inComputeraided drafting (CAD) software.
  • Abilityto work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.
  • Amazing project management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain apositive work environment.
  • Ability to dealwith different personalities and remain calm.
  • A hardworking and detailedorientatedindividual.
  • Ability to work in harshconditions.
