Are you excited to join our team as Senior QA Engineer?

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, QA engineers, oversee all aspects of quality assurance, and ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
• Automation Tools: Good to have Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Defect Tracking & Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
• Programming Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. (We can mention 'good to have' it's not mandatory)
• CI/CD Knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in software testing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Performance Testing: Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications.
• Mobile Testing: Background in mobile app testing (both manual and automated).
• Database Skills: Basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation testing.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

Onboarding Timeline:

First Month: You will undergo training on solutions, gaining a deep understanding of the major products we work with. During this time, you will become familiar with the products and its requirements, setting up the testing environment, learning the team's processes and tools, and execute existing test suites.

First 3 Months: You will be assigned to a vertical within the team and start working with the Lead. Start creating or updating test cases based on the product requirements and acceptance criteria. Focus on both functional and non-functional testing aspects.

First 6 Months: By this time you will be fully involved in the requirement discussions along with developers and Product managers. You will be solely responsible for conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and ensuring that software products meet the desired quality standards. You need to assess the current testing processes and suggest potential improvements or automation opportunities
