Position Summary –This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Block within the manufacturing facility at Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh) ensuring efficient production processes, compliance with quality and safety standards, and meeting production targets.To meet the production targets. Should be handling atleast minimum 200mn Production capacity currently.To ensure the implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs at work placeTo maintain and improve the product quality as per standardTo ensure Accuracy, Reliability, validity, integrity and completeness of the cGxP data/recordsTo plan the department activities as per weekly delivery schedule for OSD and Liquid oralsTo ensure the effective control on man, machine and material in the departmentTo participate and coordinate various on-going qualification and validation activitiesCollaborate with the site quality head, QA & QC head in ensuring that the production is aligned to the quality standards and regulatory requirementsTo ensure the completeness of all the trainings (Sops, Technical, Developmental and Regulatory etc.) assigned to block personnel'sTo organize and implement the on-job training activities in the departmentTo ensure the implementation of EHS practices during workTo ensure the maintenance of equipment and upkeep of department constantlyTo control the rejection during manufacturing and packing operationsTo do counselling and grievance handling of the subordinatesTo prepare, review and approve the Standard Operating ProceduresTo evaluate deviations, change controls and other quality documents for appropriate conclusionTo ensure the market compliant investigations as per the track wise module and its timely closure and awareness training to all the concerned personsHandling of QMS related activities of BlockTo carry out the batch failure investigation for root cause identification and accordingly appropriate corrective action and preventive action takenTo review and approve the equipment qualification protocols, process validation protocols, reports, specifications and master formulaeJob RequirementsJob Location : Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh)Desired competencies: Demonstrated operational leadership in pharma manufacturing. P&L Knowledge for entire operationEducational Qualification : M.Sc. /B Pharma / M.PharmWork Experience : Tenure : 15+ years overall experience in Pharma, with Min 5 Years as Sr Manager / Production Head role in Pharma Plant with Regulatory Audit Environment (EU/ CANADA/ Brazil/ Russia/ etc)
