US Federal Contracts SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled US Federal Contracts Specialist to provide critical support for our U.S. federal government contracts.About the Role:This is a detail-oriented and motivated role that involves working closely with our U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments; identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders; support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA); track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses; prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams; provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. federal contracts administration.Excellent knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Contact Us:
