Job Title: Creative Artist – Unreal Engine ArtistWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our team in the development of high-quality, immersive experiences using Unreal Engine.This role will involve overseeing the creative vision for our games and digital-twin projects, ensuring high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all Unreal Engine content.You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring art teams while setting clear creative and visual standards inside the engine.Working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows support the creative goals is also essential.About YouYou should have 10+ years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Strong, hands-on experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions is required.Proven leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects is necessary.A solid artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design) is also required.What We OfferUnreal Engine 4/5 (Expert) – strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features is a must.Experience with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini is preferred.Skilled in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans is an advantage.Proficient with 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is required.Familiarity with production and collaboration tools such as Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems is necessary.Experience using tools for clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows (e.g., Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, photogrammetry tools) is an asset.Preferred QualificationsExperience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine is an advantage.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration is desired.Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding is preferred.
