2. Purpose of the Assignment

The purpose of this assignment is to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer who will lead the development of our mobile applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Scope of Work

The Senior Flutter Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Mobile Application Development:

l聽Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

l聽Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

l聽Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX designs.

Code Management:

l聽Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

l聽Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

l聽Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

Testing and Debugging:

l聽Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.

l聽Identify and resolve application issues and bugs.

l聽Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration:

l聽Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

l聽Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Documentation:

l聽Create and maintain technical documentation for the applications developed.

l聽Ensure all work is thoroughly documented for future reference.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

l聽Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile app development.

4. Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Education:聽Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

l聽At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development.

l聽Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Flutter framework.

l聽Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

l聽Experience with state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

Technical Skills:

l聽Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.

l聽Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

l聽Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.

l聽Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

l聽Knowledge of automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

5. Deliverables

The Senior Flutter Developer is expected to deliver:

6. Duration of the Assignment

This is a full-time, permanent position. The selected candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible and will report to the Team Lead.
