Job Title: Senior Flutter Application Architect

At Weekday, we are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Application Architect to lead the development of high-performance mobile applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in Flutter and Dart to build and optimize our mobile apps, guiding a team of developers to deliver top-notch solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions for complex mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine application requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across various devices and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in mobile development.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion of development milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built with Flutter and Dart.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile application development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and mobile architecture.
  • Experience leading development teams and managing projects from concept to deployment.
  • Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS) is advantageous.
