Installing and Configuring a Network Installing, Configuring and operates routed LAN & routed WAN Configuring IP, BGP, OSPF, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP.
Creating users, groups and setting up policy for a user's and groups.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Switching protocols (RSTP, PVST) Perform data backups and disaster recovery operation.
Analysis of LAN network/WAN to determine network performance problems. Provided solutions and documentation.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of VLAN, VTP, VDC, VPC for Cisco Routers and HP Aruba switches, IOS upgrading of routers and switches.
Understanding of CISCO Routers
Carrying out DR (Disaster Recovery) test for both connectivity and devices for every month
Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving all network issues by coordinating with users.
Replacing the network hardware in case of failures and upgradation.
Deploying Cisco/Nokia Routers and Switches as per the project requirement.
Coordinating with ISP vendors in case of link failure
Network connectivity troubleshooting
In-Depth Knowledge on Routing and Switching Protocols.
Experience in Deploying and Managing SDWAN Infrastructure will be added Advantage
Understanding of Overlay and Underlay concepts.
Experience in creating/Modifying Configuration templates in Cisco SDWAN.
In-Depth Understand of Switching Protocols like VLAN, STP, Aggregation etc.
Experience in packet tracer tools like Wireshark etc.
Clear understanding of TCP/IP
Review Versa SDWAN Performance
Coordinate with Versa TAC
Aware of ICICI Service Desk and Versa TAC escalation matrix
Respond and Co-ordinate with Versa within 1 hour of the incident
Weekly Utilization and Performance Report to be extracted from Versa Director and share with customer (Access to Versa Director, Customer PAM, Customer ITSM and related Info Sec policies to be deployed by Customer for Governance)
Helps solve reported Versa related and network problems of varied complexity Troubleshooting network Versa SDWAN related issues in production networks. O ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS Instance concept, L3VPN
TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW, QoS
Understanding of PPPOE, DHCP, IPSEC and GRE tunnelling
Understanding of SDWAN deployments, Managing Link upgrades, Link replacement, configuration changes for WiFi, Branch relocations etc..
Good understanding of various NATTING deployments and design
Basic understanding of hardware level troubleshooting and system level
troubleshooting
Experience in troubleshooting networking and SD-wan related issue in
production deployments
Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a Versa SDWAN network environment
Experience in handling routing platforms like. ASR and ISR series Cisco routers.
Responsible for managing/monitoring/troubleshooting the SDWAN, FMC and Network Infrastructure in the DC, DR and branch locations.
Responsible for Coordinating with the OEM to resolve P1 issues.
All IT assets irrespective of installed or third-party vendor installed, the engineer support must be provided by the resources as vendor management.
Responsible for work on Vulnerability component
Major Incident Handling:
Lead the response and resolution efforts for major incidents impacting network services.
Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to minimize downtime and restore services.
Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
Develop and maintain business continuity plans for network operations.
Identify critical network components and implement redundancy measures.
Conduct regular drills and tests to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.
Ticketing and Reporting:
Oversee the ticketing system and ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution.
Analyze ticket data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Should be comfortable with 6 Days Working
