Oracle Cloud HCM Lead PositionThe role of the Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead is to oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on key areas such as benefits, compensation, US payroll, core HR, absence management, OTL, and talent management.This challenging position demands strong technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in HCM, with a minimum of 2 successful implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM under their belt.Lead end-to-end HCM implementations from start to finish.Provide expert guidance on HCM business processes and data flow.Interact with customers during requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.The successful candidate must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem-solving skills, influencing and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity.A good leader should have planning and follow-up skills, mentorship capabilities, work allocation monitoring, and status updates provided to the project manager.Key Responsibilities:Project Management - Overall responsibility for implementing projectsHCM Implementation - Leading the HCM implementation processCustomer Interaction - Interacting with clients throughout the project cycleTroubleshooting - Resolving any issues that arise during the projectRequired Skills and Qualifications:Experience with HCM (at least 7 years)Successful Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (minimum 2)Strong knowledge of one or more HCM modulesBenefits:A competitive salary packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive and collaborative work environment
