Hiring Oracle HCM Fusion ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team.As an Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.You will ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.You will design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Implementation & DeliveryLead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.Mandatory SkillsExpertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.Preferred SkillsExperience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
