Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out & Interior Projects Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR Reporting to: COO About SKV (Studiokon Ventures) Studiokon Ventures (SKV) is a leading interior design and fit-out solutions company specializing in corporate offices, turnkey interiors, and managed workspaces . We combine design excellence, technical expertise, and seamless project execution to deliver world-class workspaces for our enterprise clients. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of office fit-out and interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . Key Responsibilities Lead multiple fit-out projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Review and validate architectural & interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project workflow. Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and safety compliance . Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors ; ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and challenges , and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Conduct regular client updates and stakeholder communication , maintaining high client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and client purposes. Mentor and guide project managers and site engineers , ensuring efficient team performance. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in commercial fit-out, office interiors, or turnkey projects . Strong project management skills : scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation. Knowledge of construction methods, material handling, and interior finishes . Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills . Familiarity with project management software ( MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. ) is a plus. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design . 8–15 years of experience in commercial fit-out or interior project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/project lead role .
