The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, labour management, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management and managing construction activities. The individual will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.QualificationsBE/ME Civil from an Indian UniversityMinimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects in an engineering companySkills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project ManagementExperience in Project Coordination and BudgetingStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and team management skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience in residential villa construction projects is a plus
