You should beable to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and deliver software solutions that meet theirneeds and expectations.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe candidate is expected to deliver below responsibilities.- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.- Assign and manage tasks and resources for software development teams.- Monitor and track project progress, quality, and performance.- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and senior management.- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.- Ensure that software projects comply with quality standards and regulations.- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.- Deliver software products that meet customer requirements and satisfaction.Required Skill MUST HAVEDomain : AnyTool : Excel, MPP, JIRA/AzureTechnology :Back End :Database : SQL ServerReporting : MPP, ExcelWork Experience : 8+ YearsOthers : Pre Sales/Account ManagementQualification : BE/ BTech/ MCAGOOD TO HAVEDomain : Tyre/ Food/ Battery IndustryTool : OpCenter/ PreactorTechnology : MES, Industry 4.0Back End : C# , .NETReporting : Tableau/ Power BIWork Experience :Others :PMP,SCRUM CertificationDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :Additional Skills- Proven experience as a software project manager or similar role.- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).- Familiarity with software development tools and platforms (e.g., Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Ability to lead and motivate software development teams.- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
