Lead Software Quality EngineeringWe are seeking a skilled Software Quality Engineering professional to lead our QE initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in test automation, software testing, and quality engineering. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving large-scale QE projects, developing strategic plans, and implementing best practices across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Designing and developing test automation frameworks using open-source and COTS tools.Developing technical strategies and roadmaps for software quality engineering initiatives.Leading cross-functional teams to implement software quality engineering processes and solutions.Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting for software quality engineering initiatives.Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance software quality engineering capabilities.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:15+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality engineering.Deep expertise in full-stack test automation, AI-powered quality engineering practices, and agile delivery models.Strong background in pre-sales, RFPs, solution architecture, and business consulting.Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Proven track record of driving high-impact QE transformation initiatives and managing sizable QE teams.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
